Tanya Krikke, owner of indie treats, makes glorious cookies, granola and vegan meringues and has been use our kitchens to do so from the very beginning of Wandering Cooks.
Just this year, at the urging of her regular market customers, she instigated our first breakfast offerings at our warehouse. Every Sunday morning Tanya offers a vegan menu that includes her own freshly baked bread and additions of animal-full accompaniments like home-cured ham and eggs (all carefully sourced of course) if you’re so inclined.
Tanya’s also grown her own passion for bowl food and offers all sorts as part of a casual vegan offering on Thursday nights in our warehouse as well.
