After living in Paris for a year and being wowed by the vast array of pastries, chocolates and desserts, Kaitlyn knew she could not leave them all behind, so when she returned to Australia she studied as a pastry chef and then decided to follow her true passion – making chocolates.
31 Degrees brings European style chocolates to you, using premium, locally sourced ingredients. Although she happily customizes chocolates for clients, the current favourites range from: raspberry, passionfruit, coffee and the salted caramel bars and heavenly honeycomb.
Her dream of opening her chocolate shop has come true with her Woolloongabba shop opening it’s doors in July 2016, go say hi and experience her chocolate for yourself.
