Sam Seljak and Angela O’Toole of The Art Of Eating are once more running their Sourdough Workshop for beginners. The ladies have been facilitating the workshop since 2012 and have taught hundreds of Brisbane foodies how to make the delicious fermented bread.
Wandering Cooks are hosting the workshop on Wednesday September 9, from 6:30pm to 8pm. It will be $60 upon entry and will teach attendees everything they need to know about making a starter culture and sourdough bread at home, as well as providing tasters and a starter kit.
