It is great to see that Miso has finally started appearing on various menus in Brisbane cafés and restaurants! However, most of the people still use miso just for Miso soup at home. Miso actually performs a very versatile role in cooking as a seasoning. Miso gives dishes an incredible flavour boost when it is properly used.
Curious?
Come and learn the secret to Japanese diet. We’d love to show you how Sasakani Kobo makes the most delicious organic Miso you can imagine using locally produced organic ingredients. The process is relatively simple, but knowing a few little tricks makes all the differences. Once you know the tricks, everyone can make Miso at home. Our goal is to see all the Brisbane miso lovers start making their own miso at home, from 100% locally grown ingredients!
