We love it when people come out of the wood work to test their foodie creations on the Brisbane public, which is exactly what Paul Gadsby will be doing here at Wandering Cooks. With the dream to open his own bar, first he needs to make sure the food is as sensational as we already know it to be (we’ve taste tested). That’s where you guys come in!
Why we do what we do:
We imagine a city full to the brim with food lovingly prepared by makers who source their ingredients locally from careful, ethical farmers.
That’s our dream.

Some of the food selections we’ve made for our bar come direct from Brisbane’s own makers and farmers, and some come from further afield. How far we’ve roamed has depended on how far we’ve had to go to find a perfect example of what we’re searching for.

Plus, having Drinks at Wandering Cooks means supporting the little guys of the booze and beverage industry. Our Bar is stocked with interesting small batch beers, wines, ciders, spirits and beautiful non-alcoholic drinks, including natural sodas and water kefirs made in our commercial kitchens.
Dogs are most certainly welcome along with children, mates, heck! even bring your Mum and Dad along.
